The second method was designed for customers who like to scroll through various options before deciding on a purchase. We added the "Add to Cart" option allowing them to reserve multiple products in their cart while they browse other products.
Customers purchasing certain products would naturally expect to be able to track the shipment of their purchase until it reaches them. However, providing this feature to the customers proved difficult owing to a lack of information related to shipping API. Putting a lot of thought into it, our team came up with a solution by building a code that would help us design a system based on the best possible event tracking. We placed the tracking option on a dedicated space on the homepage right next to the current order.
It was extremely important to the clients to be able to address customer complaints efficiently and productively. So we created an in-house real-time support channel to do just that. Our support system would allow customers to raise requests against their particular orders easily.
The prime focus of the client was on the mobile-first approach. We used the bootstrap CSS framework to ensure responsiveness when developing the front-end infrastructure. When the client got in touch with us, they already had an established market presence with a large chain of brick and mortar stores. What they lacked was a strong online presence.
