This prompted us to design an exchange button for every product, clicking on which would redirect the user to a form through which they could initiate conversations with the respective vendors. Here, the vendor and the user could discuss the details of the exchange, such as shipping charges, product conditions, etc. For this, both the parties would have to pay a convenience fee to the admin. All order statuses and chat details would be available for the vendors and users to access on an intuitive dashboard.

A collection of cast and crew listings, story descriptions, and ratings for films and TV episodes that can be accessed online. They set out to build a comprehensive application to solve the WHAT, WHERE, & WHEN to WATCH conundrum for OTT and movie consumers. They even plan to provide a unique forum for discussion on films and TV shows. This application was created with the goal of assisting users in selecting the appropriate entertainment. Additionally, they aim to be the best platform in India and the world for connecting fans with the same enthusiasm for a particular movie or television show.

The client's initial idea was for an OTT guide that would provide information about films and other entertainment programs. They also intended the design to represent a social media platform where users could connect and communicate about these films and TV episodes. Our technical expertise and our talented design team worked together to make the client's dream a reality.

By working together and being generally engaged, we helped them overcome a number of business obstacles. Among them, the following stand out:

The project's most crucial component was data management. The enormous database related to the entertainment sector was the main worry. We took care of this by steadily and methodically extracting information from the IMDb (Internet Movie Database). The inspection of X-Rated films and television programs followed. The main problem was those motion pictures and television programs rated "X" in India but not in other nations. As a result, it was challenging to filter the data that was being fed into our platform. To effectively address this, our group came up with the concept of including nation-specific criteria and filters.
Our project required a sizable server to handle the volume of data associated with it. Our experienced staff initially recognized the impracticality of real-time data import. To fix this, we divided the data importation procedure into two phases, each of which dealt with the data on the listing page and the detail page individually.
Due to the numerous factors at play, we understood the significance of controlling the load time for the property, listing, detail, and timeline pages. We used the following fixes for each page in question.—

Homepage: Here, information was supposed to be imported based on many criteria, including top-rated films, recently released films, and more. The lengthy loading time of the page was adversely affected by the abundance of films and entertainment programs. This problem was fixed by limiting the number of videos that are fetched to the site for each parameter to 20. We added a lazy load to maintain speed and enable a simple user experience.

Listing Page: The search results were excessive, even with our option for advanced filters. This forced us to present the data in 20-item batches, displaying the following batch on each scroll. Our goal pace was attained, and by keeping customers from becoming irritated, we successfully increased client retention.

Detail Page: As the name implies, this page supports a lot of information, such as movie information, comments, reviews, etc. Actions like "Watchlist," "Seen," "Book Tickets," and others were also featured. The main reason for the longer load time was information on "Related Movies ."To combat this, we included section-wise lazy loading, and batch data fetching.

Timeline Page: The problem with this page was also resolved via lazy loading. We avoided compromising real-time data by displaying fixed comments underneath each article.

Our team paid particular attention to developing a strong review system to provide all user feedback in a structured way. We proceeded with a bifurcation in accordance with the reviewers because the reviews were more challenging and uncomplicated than we had thought. We now have four categories: "You," "Everyone," "Friends," and "Critics." Here, "You" highlighted user-provided reviews, "Everyone" highlighted all user-provided reviews collectively, "Friends" highlighted user-provided reviews from friends and connections, and "Critics" highlighted user-provided reviews from movie critics.
Our technological know-how and design expertise allowed us to finish the client's OTT guide platform development within the allotted time frame. We developed a social platform with the client's specifications in mind, allowing users to have individual profiles, followers, and more. By creating specific custom categories like "Topics of the Day," "Trending Movies," etc., we made it easier for the information to be shown in the right way. However, the data was stored in such a scattered manner that their primary purpose was not being fulfilled. This pushed them to come up with the idea of building an online loyalty rewards program to keep track of their painters while attracting them more efficiently. After much deliberation, our team designed a mechanism to divide the cities where the business was operative according to specific Tiers. Based on the city's production and sales level, it would be assigned a tier. This helped us build an effective and customized loyalty system.

We began the development process by building a complete mechanism for the end-to-end handling of coupons. We designated the generation of coupons to the backend structure while attaching the scanning of coupons to the front end. Initial testing showed issues with the accessibility of the scanning option as most of the workers involved were unskilled. To address this, our team built additional options for the manual entering of coupons.
We were required to designate a single button for the "Log In" and the "Sign Up" option, and we achieved this without jeopardizing the response time of the application. Again, we enlisted the power of our skilled developers to take care of this. They handled it proficiently and without letting the speed hinder the user experience.
At first, we proceeded with the APIs suggested by the client itself. However, that turned out to be inefficient, and the response time was longer. The importance of an appropriate API was attached to the procurement of Aadhaar information. This prompted us to conduct in-depth research to select the best-suited API, which we then suggested to the client and acquired approval.
We automated the collection of data when building the "Sign Up" process and displayed the final calculated value in the backend structure. Additionally, we verified KYC information and clarified signup points before submission. This effectively prevented data duplication and the submission of false information.
We designed a system that would classify the cities into tiers according to their production levels and sales. The reasoning behind this was to provide more scanning options and retain more contractors. Our team efficiently executed the development of this system, thereby promoting retention levels.
The client required us to build a mechanism to renew and bring the loyalty points to zero yearly without influencing the previously stored transactional information. Therefore, we designed the system to carry this out effectively every financial year.
Our development team integrated real-time payment gateways for the redemption of reward points. We also incorporated a capping mechanism that would make sure that redemption is only possible for reward points above 200. According to our system, contractors were issued immediate and upfront payments, while dealers could raise requests for the allocation of credit notes. Here, credit notes were issued to dealers in correspondence with every redemption.
Considering the importance of coordinating dealers and contractors, we designed two different tables, one for the benefit of each. The first table would comprise a comprehensive list of all available dealers. The second table was dedicated to all the relevant information with respect to transactions conducted by the contractors mapped under each dealer. We also added features like CSV and filters to alleviate the admin's workload further. We even designed a "Bulk Update" option for the admin to update multiple transaction statuses in bulk easily.
Considering the large amount of confidential and personal data involved, it became crucial to ensure optimal security. For this, we created separate admin roles where limited people would be able to access confidential information. In addition to working with highly secure encryptions, we even displayed certain extra-sensitive information to the admins in an encrypted format.

Moreover, we did so without altering the client's subscription plans. For this, we had to integrate two different types of payment gateways for the platform.

The client ideated a platform that would not be limited in terms of courses. Considering this, we designed the platform to accommodate both open and closed courses combinedly. In addition, we made sure that the closed courses were accessible to specific persons. We developed a mechanism that would allow the creators of closed courses to invite particular people to access them while open courses remained available for all.
To ensure a smooth user experience, we built a personalized dashboard having advanced data filters for the learners and students. For this, we collectively presented all available data points in the database on the dashboard to be filtered by them according to their needs.
In order to eliminate any potential confusion, we created different pages for every tutor that would wholly display all the courses offered by them. This considerably increased the visibility of the courses while allowing all learners to identify specific tutors and their courses.
Our development team recognized the importance of providing flexible subscription plans with online storage management to ensure an effortless platform. For this, we decided to create all the necessary folders in the S3 bucket while adjusting their sizes dynamically and depending on the subscription plans. The size of a folder would alter in case of plan upgrades or downgrades.
The learning or training courses built by us were loaded with countless features such as Question With Radio Button, Accordion, Pick the Right Word, Adding, HTML, Images, Audio, and Video links, Embedding, Attaching Documents like PDFs, and more. In addition, we also added advanced text and multimedia content to the courses. However, no ready-to-use plugins were available to integrate the above-mentioned features. Nonetheless, our qualified team acquired the most ideal one and customized it per our needs. The team's expertise under the supervision of the technical head enabled us to achieve this.

Keeping in mind the need to deliver maximum information without inspiring boredom in the customers, our team brainstormed to design various tabs with relevant titles for the customers to read and understand effortlessly. E-commerce websites typically involve the use of numerous images and videos, which tend to disturb the website's overall speed. In order to avoid such disruptions, we decided to build a separate server dedicated to them, which would effectively protect the user experience without compromising the quality of the images and videos. In addition to this, we made sure to keep the code clean so as to not hamper the speed of the e-commerce website.
Focused on delivering an exceptional e-commerce experience to the customers, we devised a plan to ensure that no page is further than 3-4 clicks away for the users. We made sure that every product-detail page opens on a separate tab so that the number of clicks needed can be minimized. We also refrained from designing additional buttons on the Cart. The thought process behind this was to increase conversion rates.
Bearing in mind the use case of customers, we developed two different kinds of checkout methods for the two most commonly recognized types of customers. The first method was a quick checkout for the decisive customers who know exactly what they need and wish to proceed directly to checkout without scrolling through additional pages. For these customers, we added the "Buy Now" option that takes them from the product-detail page straight to the checkout section. The second method was designed for customers who like to scroll through various options before deciding on a purchase. We added the "Add to Cart" option allowing them to reserve multiple products in their cart while they browse other products.
Customers purchasing certain products would naturally expect to be able to track the shipment of their purchase until it reaches them. However, providing this feature to the customers proved difficult owing to a lack of information related to shipping API. Putting a lot of thought into it, our team came up with a solution by building a code that would help us design a system based on the best possible event tracking. We placed the tracking option on a dedicated space on the homepage right next to the current order.
It was extremely important to the clients to be able to address customer complaints efficiently and productively. So we created an in-house real-time support channel to do just that. Our support system would allow customers to raise requests against their particular orders easily.
The prime focus of the client was on the mobile-first approach. We used the bootstrap CSS framework to ensure responsiveness when developing the front-end infrastructure. Furthermore, we paid close attention to the font to boost mobile readability. In addition, we made sure that the CTAs did not hinder customers' clicks and even made them sticky so as to not miss out on any sales opportunities.
